I was told about Upper Hand Chiropractic from a friend at work. She had ranted and raved about him for the past few weeks. I’m on my feet a lot at work and my knees and bottom of my feet have been bothering me lately. So, I figured I’d give it a try. Dr. Jon knew the problem immediately. He suggested custom orthotics because I have flat feet. He explained in detail about how my foundation was the issue. He even suggested trying a cheap pair from Walmart that may help instead of selling me an expensive pair he supplies. Between his knowledge, compassion and honesty, he is definitely my first choice for any future aches and pains. Btw, the cheap pair worked and my pain is gone.

I was very skeptical of chiropractic before seeing Dr. Jon. I’ve had right shoulder pain for a few years now and was diagnosed with a rotator cuff tear 2 years ago and have been to physical therapy, tried cortisone shots, and an orthopedist suggested surgery. I don’t want surgery and nothing else has gotten rid of my pain, so I finally got talked into going to a chiropractor. Dr. Jon was quite knowledgeable on my shoulder condition and explained in greater detail what was going on. He started treatment the first day. I was definitely a little sore the couple days following, but couldn’t believe the difference. My shoulder finally felt better. I have been seeing Dr. Jon for 3 weeks now and I am pain free. I still have more work to do on my own, but now there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you!
